Click on 'i' on the remote to bring it on the screen....then click near the bottom to reverse it...now you can plug the memory chips there....match the colours....then go back to the blue door..the remote will appear automatically....press to open doors...change colours to get different doors and open to get new items... Smile

Wait for the dance movie to finish..then click on the place the + was....keep trying..I know its sometimes annoying...
