1. Go to http://www.imageshack.us/

2. Remember the two buttons
Browse - to locate your image files in the computer, and
host it! - to upload them into imageshack.



3. Click on Browse and locate the image file



4. Then click on Host, it changes into uploading...



5. As soon as it finishes uploading, it opens a new page with details about the image uploaded.



Go down on this page and find the link for Direct link to image. Copy the link given to the left.

6. Now return to Sovyatnik, where you are posting your reply. Keep the cursor at the place where you want to insert the image, and click on the button Image. This inserts a tag

7. Now paste the link you copied from the imageshack site for the image.



8. Now click on the Image button again and see it puts a closing tag

Now your image is ready to be posted for the forum, just click on the Preview button at the bottom and see it works fine.

trying it again...to upload the pics..

I guess I need some help...

There are two buttons in the Quick reply window for image download...

The one is servimg and other with name 'Insert Image'

Using servimg button, a window opens up which asks mail id and password...I am not sure which mail id I should enter here. The mail id I have used for the account in this forum is not being accepted as that gives a msg that either the id or the password is incorrect...

Using 'Insert Image' button again a window opens which ask the URL of the pic..as the pic is in the document setting of my laptop...the location from the properties of the pic's file is also not working here...

Any help?

Abhi, I moved the end of the topic to this one, that you can see savyonok's explanations how to do it.
When you are able to do that plese post your photos into Sovyatnik Photo Album
I hope now it's not going to be difficult.

I again tried to post the pic but with the link it's not working at all. Infact the windows are not opening the way savyonok's has explain above. It seems the system itself giving hint that I should wait for some more time to post ma pic.

Anyways, my posts will always be here and will continiously be coming here and that's for sure. Enjoying company of you owlets. Hurray.....
