Hudson took home the Favorite Humanitarian Award at the 2014 People's Choice Awards in an emotional moment with her sister Julia. Together, they started a foundation named after Julia's son, Julian D. King, after he was murdered with the Hudson sisters' mother and brother in 2008. Inspired by performers and educators growing up, Hudson told the audience, 'If they did it, then I can do it, too.'

'2 Broke Girls' stars Dennings and Behrs hosted the 2014 People's Choice Awards for the first time. To commemorate the moment, they had a number of female waitresses - dressed in outfits similar to what they wear as waitresses on the show - pass out hamburger baskets to members of the audience.

Barrymore presented Sandler with the Favorite Comedic Movie Actor Award. The two starred together in the hit romantic comedies 'The Wedding Singer' and '50 First Dates' and will team up again in 2014's 'Blended.' During his acceptance speech, Sandler joked that Barrymore, who is pregnant with her second child, looks 'like she has lost weight.'

Timberlake walked away with several statues at the 2014 People's Choice Awards, including Favorite Album, Favorite Male Artist and Favorite R and B Artist. During his acceptance speech, he thanked his parents and fans for voting for him, as well as wife, Jessica Biel, for teaching him a thing or two about household responsibilities.
'I'd like to thank my beautiful wife for teaching me patience and the little things like just putting the dishes in the dishwasher. It goes a long way. Fellas, you're welcome.'

Spears took home the award for Favorite Pop Artist at the 2014 People's Choice Awards, her first in her more than 15 year career. She said in her acceptance speech: 'Wow! This is so cool! This is awesome! I was not expecting this, and it's because of all of you that I'm able to do what I love to do. I wanna thank my beautiful family, my boys at home, my management team and all of my fans. I love you dearly. Thank you.'

Not only did Bullock look stunning at the 2014 People's Choice Award, she took home several awards, including Favorite Comedic Actress. Former 'Will and Grace' actor Sean Hayes presented the award, and Bullock thanked him in her speech: 'I'd like to thank my husband, Sean, for being there for me night and day.' She also thanked her son, Louis, for 'letting me come out tonight.'

Fans of the CW's 'The Vampire Diaries' will be happy to know there is no bad blood between former real-life couple Dobrev and Somerhalder. The two made light of their real-life breakup when they accepted the award for Favorite Onscreen Chemistry, noting that their characters are still a couple on the show. 'It's a good thing it's not awkward,' Dobrev said.
