Well you are the boss, of course Razz Razz Razz But! this is the entry from Longman online dictionary (http://www.ldoceonline.com/)and it says:

WORD FOCUS: angry
a little angry: miffed (informal), peeved (informal)
rather angry: annoyed, irritated, cross, in a bad/foul mood
very angry: furious, livid, outraged, incensed, incandescent with rage
to become angry: lose your temper, go mad British English, go berserk (informal), go ballistic (informal), hit the roof (informal)
words for describing someone who often gets angry: bad-tempered, grouchy, cantankerous, crabby, stroppy BrE informal

Your word was irate, and Longman gives the following definition:

i‧rate
extremely angry, especially because you think you have been treated unfairly: an irate customer

so can't we say Neel was VERY close to it? Ðàçíèöû-òî ïî øêàëå òîíîâ äàæå â ïîëáàëëà íå áóäåò Razz Razz Razz
