| Hey Owls, last evening, I wrote in a yoga forum here in Germany because I think about joining a Hatha-Yoga class and well, I am not really sure about it. I don't know when I've been healthy the last time in my life. But actually, some years ago, I got deep into spiritual writings from several spiritual ways. This made me much more ill and this wound is not healed so far. But I also think, that on the other side, reading those writing (and the conversations with several very spiritual people) moved something little in me. I don't want to value this to much. Yesterday, in this forum, a man said to me he was not sure what I would understand of spirituality (I can't really write what he said, my English is not soo good). It touched me what he wrote. There are sayings that one is just spiritual when you see love in everything. Not only one point. I tend to narrow my life - leaving spirituality without. This is for reason. On the other hand, I am cheating myself. Because I am surfing the internet very often reading information about present mystics and so on. Maybe this opposite behaviour shows a wound on the one side, and desire on the other side. My feeling is that when I tend to leave spirituality without, I tend to leave life without. I think it's a feeling of my illness. Then I tend to leave words out of my life like love and heart because I strongly connect these words with spirituality. A lot of oppsition in me. On the other hand, I have the feeling when I want to love/live more, I don't need spirituality (in the common meaning) necessarily. That I don't have to do yoga. I have not decided about this so far. For me, it is most important to become more alive (in a very normal way). Well, these are my thoughts. Cheers, Eule

| Hey Owlet,
when I think of spirituality, I think of... ... Buddhism ... Zen ... Mysticism ... Yoga ... Focusing Ways for self-realiziation. Connection with the higher self. Ways to become more alive. Ways to get to know god. Ways to strengthen the heart. To go the way of the heart. To bring more love into life.
What is spirituality for you, Owlet?
Cheers, Eule | |

| Thank you. For me spirituality is an inner path enabling a person to discover the essence of their being, to find out who they are and what is their life about. Along a spiritual path person advances to achieve a higher state of awareness, outreach wisdom. Yes, for me it's a path for self-realiziation. | |

| A quote which crossed my way today: At the end everything flows together and from the middle a river has its source. Cheers, Eule | |

| Here another quote I found:
"Everything happens for the best."
I post this quote here because I am really not sure about it and hope, that we can speak about this quote here.
What I think about it: Hmm. We have so much sufferings in our world, violence, rape/abuse, murderers... If all this would happened to the best. A huge ouch!!! I mean if our world would have a final balance / justice. But I personally definitely don't believe in this: Suffering => Final justice. This doesn't feel good for me.
There is another quote: "It is, as it is, says love." (Erich Fried) This is definitely a wide meaning of love. For me, this means (speaking of Fried) love includes everything (the light, the dark and the grey sides of life).
Is this an invitation/legalisation to suffer? My feeling is that the words "best" and "love" are a lot idealised in our world/societies. For me, there is no beauty in the dark sides of life.
What do you think about these quotes?
Cheers, Eule | |

I don't agree with it, I agree with your thoughts about it.

Yes, to me love includes it all, love can be different, loving person can have different feelings and they can change.Yes, the word love have been idealised be people. | |

| Hello Owls, here something other: What do you think of the phrase: "Everybody is a student of life"? And here is also a small poem (I am an extreme beginner): The God who only knows four words: Every child has known god. Not the god of the names Not the god of the bans Not the god who does so many strange things But the god who only knows four words: Come, let's dance... Come, let's dance... Come, let's dance... (Hafis) Cheers, Eule | |

| Hey Owls, ah, this week is a bit stupid/but also moving. My English class is over. So I began a one-week course in Java programming, totally stupid. Still I have the feeling that I might have found a very good health professionel for me. I made a small picture collection of my personal spirituality. So here, it goes:
