अपना is for masculine subjects and अपनी is for feminine subjects.

अपना हाथ is correct but it will be अपनी कार, कार is feminine.

thanks I asked bcz I thought that apnaa it is possible to use only with such words like ghar, kaar and etc property in general now i see that I can say also apnaa hath or apnaa maathaa

acctualy under the 'Indian Penal Code' section 420 talks about 'cheating and dishonstely inducing delivery of property, thats why! in the normal way 420 denote about cheating...
